VNACF/CCE provides or arranges for a full continuum of care based on the individual needs of each client. There is currently a
waiting list for services, but clients are encouraged to contact VNACF/CCE to be placed on the list should funding become available.

Services include:
- Care Management: A client-centered series of activities including planning, arrangement for and coordination of appropriate community based services.
- Companionship: Volunteers visit up to 4 hours per week providing conversation, errands, travel to doctor appointments, and grocery shopping.
- In-home Respite: Provides a break for caregivers.
- Homemaker: Assists seniors by providing housekeeping and home management tasks including laundry, grocery shopping, errands and cooking.
- Personal Care: Provides personal hygiene services for homebound seniors including bath care, shampoos, shaves for men, dressing, feeding, transfer, ambulating and assistance with bladder and bowel requirements.
- Emergency Alert Systems: Personal response and medical alert devices.
- Home Delivered Meals: Case managers coordinate meal delivery to those in need through the use of Meals on Wheels and other local food programs.
- Home Safety Modifications: Case managers coordinate with vendors to provide modifications on an as-needed basis to make the elderly's home safe.
- Adult Day Care: Through socialization, hot meals, exercise, crafts, field trips, and entertainment clients are provided mental and physical stimulation to liven up their daily routine.
